Shipping Rates

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia

• Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package online. If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at lailamaeboutique@gmail.com for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to us for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain addresses or locations based on carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or other reasons. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Laila Mae Pre-Order Policy

At Laila Mae, our pre-orders allow you to secure your favourite pieces before they arrive. As each pre-order is specially allocated and ordered based on customer demand, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Cut-Off

Our current pre-order period closes on 13 September 2026.

Orders placed by this date are expected to begin shipping from early November 2026, allowing you to receive your Laila Mae pieces in time for the Christmas season.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date. While we work closely with our manufacturers and shipping providers to ensure your order arrives as expected, international production and shipping can occasionally experience unforeseen delays.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an item that is not currently in stock and agree to the estimated delivery timeframe outlined above.

Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-order quantities are placed with our manufacturer based on customer orders, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been submitted for production.

Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped once they arrive at Laila Mae and have completed our quality-control process.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

Additional shipping delays may occur due to customs, courier networks, weather, or other circumstances outside of Laila Mae's control.

Delays

We provide estimated timeframes based on the information available to us at the time of ordering. Occasionally, production or shipping delays may occur.
