  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns on personalized items, underwear, or sale/discounted items unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lailamaeboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
